This notice explains how Archipel Tour and Başkan Rent a Car (the Başkan family companies, Kemer/Antalya) process the personal data you share with us, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, hotel and room number, flight details and the booking details you choose.

Why

Only to handle your booking request or message: to contact you, confirm availability, organise pick-up and provide the service.

Who sees it

Our staff and, where needed for your booking, the partner who operates the tour or transfer. We do not sell your data.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the security check on our forms (Turnstile).
• Google Maps is loaded on the contact page only when you tap “Show the map”.
• New requests reach our office team through Telegram and email notifications.
• If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that chat.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long

As long as legally required for accounting and tourism records, then it is deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us using the details on our contact page.
