How it began
Our founder Cevdet Başkan was first known in Kemer for his skill as a car mechanic. With his workshop, Başkan Oto, he built a reputation for cars that simply run well.
From the workshop to tourism
That reputation grew into Başkan Rent a Car, and later into Archipel Tour. Every car in our fleet is still looked after by the same careful hands.
A family business
Cevdet Başkan runs the companies together with his wife Fatma Başkan. We believe in honesty and personal service — you talk to us, not to a call centre.
Close to our guests
Our founder speaks Turkish, English, Russian and Ukrainian, and we know what our guests from abroad expect from their holiday.

From the workshop to the agency
Car repair workshop
We started in Kemer by repairing cars and came to know engines inside out.
Başkan Rent a Car
We began delivering the cars we maintain ourselves to our guests’ hotels.
Archipel Tour
With a TÜRSAB licence we added tours and Antalya Airport transfers.
Today
Still in the same office, now with the second generation alongside us — and the same promise.
